When you experience performance issues, clearing your cookies and cache ensures that old data is not stored in your browser.

When should I clear my cookies and cache?

  • If you’re having trouble logging into TAP.
  • If pages in TAP are running slowly, or if buttons or links aren’t working.
  • If TAP isn’t showing the latest information after you’ve saved or refreshed the page.
  • If you get an Error 500 message while using TAP.
